1977 - 2019

December 11, 2019

Wendy should be in the heat soon. Wolfie is no longer available for breeding and I have chosen a new male for Wendy's first litter. As soon as the breeding has taken place, I will announce it.

December 8, 2019

Wendy's last show for 2019 was the CACIB in Kassel. At the national show on Saturday she got a V1 and at the international show on Sunday a V2. Since the winning bitch already has the German Champion VDH, the entitlement was assigned to Wendy, so that Wendy now also has all the entitlements for the German Champion VDH.

September 12, 2019

Wendy was very successful at the shows and is now also German Champion PSK and Club Winner ISPU.

August 01, 2019

The 2nd breeding attempt with Wolfie and Wendy didn't happen, since I was in the USA during her heat. Therefore there will be no puppies in 2019.

March 10, 2019

Unfortunately the breeding didn't work out and Wendy stayed empty. The second attempt is planned for the fall. In the meantime we keep on showing.

March 01, 2019

Wendy got mail today.  She is now Klubsieger PSK.

February 10, 2019

Wendy and Wolfie were bred. Now we have to wait and see. Ultrasound is planned for March 10, 2019.

February 01, 2019

The DNA profiles for Wendy and Wolfie have arrived.  Now we can really get started.

July 2018

Goodbye Wiedtal, Hallo Eifel. And again we have a large piece of land for the dogs to run and play. A fence will also come in the next few months. The dogs now also have their own playroom.

March 2018

My parents buy a house in the Eifel. The dogs and I are looking forward to the move.

December 2017

We hear strange noises from animals we don't know. Come to find out that they are wild boars. The dogs are afraid to go out. The garden is all we have after dark. On the weekends we go on long walks in the woods to balance the days of the week.

November 2017

The World Dog Show is in Leipzig.  Wolfie, Wendy and I go to watch the exhibitions. We spend 3 nice days in Leipzig.

Then my mother and I fly to the USA because the house there has been sold. On this trip we also brought Anton back with us to Germany.

At the end of November, Anton’s babies are born.

September 01, 2017

We are moving into a rented house near Koblenz. The house is small and cramped, and the garden is no better, but we have the woods at our doorstep to go on walks. It will be good enough for the transition.

August 01, 2017

I start my new job in Koblenz, the dogs stay with my parents. My father goes with Wolfie and my parents' giant schnauzer, Sara, and spends the next few weeks at the Baltic Sea. The girls and Felix stay with my mother.

July 21, 2017

We arrive in Frankfurt. My parents pick us up in a van.  All dogs survived the flight well, despite the stressful check-in in Chicago. Everything is unfamiliar. I feel like a stranger So much has changed and it's amazing how much the US has lagged behind Europe.

July 17, 2017

Goodbye Dallas. We're on our way to Chicago with a stop in St. Louis. We are: Ana, Wendy, Wolfie, Felix and me. Anton stays with Pam as he still has a hot date with Terri's Sasha.

July 06, 2017

The house is empty, our belongings are on their way to Germany.

June 02, 2017

I have been accepted for a position with the German branch of the American company I work for. The container and the flights to Germany can now be booked.

February 2017

The decision has been made. We're going back to Germany. With a little luck, I can find a job at the German branch of my American employer. Now it's time to pack. 25 years and a few months must be looked through, packed, sold, or given away. The house needs to be prepared for sale.
